Contracting

Service which is rendered without joy helps neither the servant nor the served. But all other pleasures and possessions pale into nothingness before service which is rendered in a spirit of joy.

Contract Farming Agreements by Arrangement

Fridlington Farms offer a full range of contracting services.  We can offer a stubble to stubble service amongst other more specialised facilities.

The farm has a state of the art Miedema and Haith grading and barrel washing facility which is mainly used for potato crops but can be used for other vegetables.

We also provide vegetable lifting with a Grimme Varitron 270 and 220 self propelled harvesters.  The farm decided to invest in a self propelled harvester due to the poor harvest season in 2012.  The benefit of the new harvester leaves the field with less compaction and is easy to cultivate after the crop is lifted.

Cereals

For cereals Fridlingtons can provide a combining service with a New Holland 9.80 Combine on tracks with a 30ft header.

We can also provide crop spraying with our AgriFac Condor 36 meter self propelled sprayer.
